There is also both dogma and misrepresentation of what masculinity truly is. Jorge shares “I wish to create an environment where I can facilitate the transition and types of conversations that are going to transform the lives of men. This will not only help the men of today, but also my son, grandson, great-grandson and his son after that. That’s part of the legacy I want to leave behind. A footprint of what it really means to be a male in today’s society and a mold for others to build from.”

Nothing brings Jorge more joy than seeing fellow men being represented as they should, experiencing true masculinity, confidence, and living a life of significance.

Spiritual alignment is essential for human beings to gain more clarity, energy and a sense of belonging to something much bigger than themselves. Trusting in a higher power and allowing yourself to be divinely guided, not only allows you to gain more direction, but also ultimately puts you on a path where you can make an impact in a world that goes far beyond yourself. Jorge meditates and spends a lot of time alone with God.

Jorge went from stuttering, to becoming a public speaker. He went from being a victim of bullying in the workplace, to becoming a mentor who is changing processes in the workplace.
