He went with the latter as he chose to honour his father by becoming a work-from-home dad. He made that decision when he realized that his young son was having a tough time warming up to him after he returned from one of his long corporate business trips. Blaine left his corporate job and hasn’t looked back since then. That clarifying decision began his journey into self-development and extending this grace to others.
Today, Blaine Oelkers is a TEDx speaker and America’s only Chief Result Officer®. With education from both Purdue University and Stanford University, he is the creator of 30-minutes Hours™, which focuses on helping people create new habits in just 21 seconds.
