Shehroz shares, “One of the biggest challenges men face today, which puts a big impact on their health, muscle mass, energy levels and cognition, is low testosterone levels. These men are not even aware of this issue.”

Money also serves as a significant factor in success, as it provides a means by which you can invest back into yourself to further your growth. Shehroz shares that money enables him to invest in the best supplements and foods for himself, as he does 3-4 hours of strength training everyday. His consistency when it comes to training helps keep him sane. While not everyone is expected to train at the level Shehroz can, it’s important men at least do what they can to improve their health, rather than not at all.
